1. WHAT PAYMENT MODES ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, cheque or PayNow. We, unfortunately, do not accept credit cards or nets, yet!

2. HOW MUCH ARE YOUR RATES?

Our packages starts from SGD$1299 up to SGD$2499, depending on your choice of package for Actual Day Wedding events.

3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE VIDEOS TO BE READY?

Our standard delivery will be from 8 to 12 weeks. We do provide express same day edits or express delivery at a minimal fee.

4. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

We offer a 3 payment plan structure.

To book your date, we require a 30% deposit. 50% to be paid one week before event and the remaining 20% to be made upon delivery of final products.

5. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

We recommend at least 6 months to a year and a half before your actual day event to proceed your booking with us.

6. WILL I RECEIVE RAW FOOTAGES?

We do not provide the RAW footages/rushes but rest assured we have carefully selected and edited the best moments from your wedding/event to create a cinematic and polished final film and reels. Our goal is to deliver a meaningful and beautifully crafted representation of your special day, ensuring the highest quality and emotional impact. We appreciate your understanding and trust in our editing process

6. DO YOU PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES?

Our company primarily specialises in video production, with a strong focus on wedding cinematography and yes we do have a branch covering corporate events, etc. 

While we respect the art of photography, our passion and creative direction are deeply rooted in crafting compelling visual stories through film. Our team is dedicated to bringing cinematic quality and narrative-driven content to every project we undertake. 

While our main expertise lies in video, we frequently collaborate with talented photography companies to ensure our clients receive comprehensive visual content that meets all their needs. Do check out our vendor partners and collaborations for more details.

6. HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY HOURS WOULD I NEED?

Usually, we will start filming 1 hour before the official ceremony (solemnisation in most cases) begins - where we will capture the getting ready and prep shots and right after would be the walking in of the bride and groom. This 1 hour before is just as crucial and important part of the day.
After the reception ends, we will need at least another hour to film the intimate couple shots at an outdoor location.

6. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1 AND 2 VIDEOGRAPHERS?

Having two videographers at your wedding provides significantly more coverage and creative possibilities compared to just one. With two professionals on-site, we can capture more angles, more moments, and more of the event’s dynamic energy. While one videographer might be focused on the ceremony or key moments, the other can capture the reactions of guests, the surrounding environment, or unique artistic shots that might otherwise be missed. This results in a richer, more detailed film that showcases the full range of your wedding day – from the intimate close-ups to the sweeping wide shots – making the final video not only more comprehensive but also more cinematic and dynamic.

6. DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FOR THE VIDEOGRAPHERS?

For smooth and timely coverage of your wedding day, it's highly recommended to arrange transportation for the videography crew. This ensures they arrive at the event location on time and can move efficiently between different locations, such as from the hotel to the ceremony venue, and then to any outdoor locations for post-wedding shots or additional filming. Providing transportation eliminates potential delays and allows the crew to stay focused on capturing every important moment without the stress of logistics. It’s a small detail that can make a big difference in ensuring a seamless and professional experience on your big day.
